What is IM&PS?

nAXIS IM&PS is Instnace Messaging and Presence Server.

What Does IM&PS do?

IM&PS is the channel through which you can chat with your mates online on messenger or mobile. It shows your presence to them and their presence on your mobile.

What is the Benefit of IM&PS?

IM&PS connects you with your pool of contacts anywhere. You always feel yourself between your Friends & Family while you are away and where there is no access to internet for you.

What are the Pre-requirments?

Only pre-requirments are you just have a set which is GPRS supported and a mobile connection facilitated with GPRS.

Do i require iMATE ,BlackBerry or Pocket PC?

No, you only require a hand set which is GPRS supported. Through away your costly handsets if you purchased only for this reason. We guarantee you the same facilities on an ordinary GPRS supported set.

How can i use nAXIS IM&PS?

You only need to register youself at nAXIS IM&PS free of cost and start doing IM very next moment.

Is it totally Free?

nAXIS offers its paltform free of cost right now but mobile operator will charge you accordingly on GPRS data transmission.

How would i Configure my Handset?

Configuration is not same for all sets but very much similar. For example Nokia has differnet settings and SonyEricsson has different settings.

What is PC Client?

If you dont hav mobile you can download PC Client and use nAXIS IM&PS to get connected with your Friends & Family.

How can I configure PC Client?

Just download and install software, add your contacts, if you are having problems you can go through Installation Manual for help.

Can i change my Personal Account?

Yes, you can change your personal account made on nAXIS IM&PS without any limitations.

I have lost my Password.

Just enter your email address if you hav lost your password. Our system will check your account against that email address and send you your password.
